About the Opportunity:

Joint Enterprise Technologies is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, collecting, and reporting on key performance metrics to drive data-based decision making and continuous improvement across the organization. You will also be involved in process analysis and improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

Required Clearance:

  • AN ACTIVE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO APPLY.
  • Willingness to submit to and pass a Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Functional Duties:

  • Identify, define, and establish key performance metrics and indicators relevant to the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop data collection methodologies and systems to gather accurate and reliable metrics.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate metric findings to stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and align metrics with business objectives.
  • Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the successful implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate service delivery processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control measures to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections, identify defects or deviations, and recommend corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to metrics analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in metrics analysis, reporting, process improvement, and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficient in data visualization techniques and tools to effectively present findings.
  • Solid understanding of process analysis methodologies and continuous improvement concepts.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using data analysis software, spreadsheet applications, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience: 

  • HS/GED + 12 years experience
  • Associates Degree + 10 years experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years experience
  • Master’s Degree + 6 years experience
  • PhD + 4 years experience

Required Certifications: 

  • DoD 8570 IAT II - One of the following certifications is required: Security+CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP
